Hi I stay in 3 night in Artsakh Hotel There are advantage and disadvantage for hotel Advantage: 1- Clean room 2- Breakfast is medium 3- facility in hotel is very good 4- room is big 5-staff in kind and helpful Disadvantage: 1- Far is downtown 2- First days just charge one water bottle and another days not charge /If you wanna water you most pay 300 Drams (perhaps my leader is confirm is. I don`t know) 3- If you wanna see city and go to central city you most take Taxi (Minimum 1500 Dram for GO and minimum 3000 for back) I recommended this hotel for cheap travel Please attention most hotel in Yerevan is very poor in service but this hotel is top for service

I spent 3 nights at Artsakh Hotel in the capital of Armenia. The room was spacious and clean. Towels, shampoo and shower gel provided. The food was ok. No electric kettle in the room. A small shop nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights This hotel is not big and it doesn’t have any entertainment like gym or pool but the room was very clean and big Air condition was good and employees of hotel were very polite and friendly . The location was near to petak market . The special thing i can to say The breakfast was very good and the chef who worked there is very polite and gentleman.

A great hotel. Spacious, light and airy rooms with large comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The breakfast was tasty and as substantial as you desire! It's greatest asset is it's staff who were friendly, courteous and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible inside the hotel and full of ideas of what to do and see in the city. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very spacious, very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to serve breakfast earlier than scheduled to adapt to our needs, and even offered us the taxi back to the airport. Maybe that was due to the fact that there were not a lot of customers in the hotel when we stayed there (April 2017) so they could accomodate everybody's requests more easily, but still we appreciated very much how adaptative the staff was. The hotel itself is not in the center of Yerevan, but it is near the train station and only two metro stations away from Republic Square (though you have to walk a dirty road to get there, but this is Yerevan..). Yerevan Mall is only 10 minutes away if you walk, so you can go shopping if you want to, or have a quick meal there. Thanks again to the staff for their kindness
